About this house rental
Fresh, crisp new townhome w/ modern touches. Large windows spill in lots of natural light illuminating the colorful & tastefully decorated space w/ large canvas art of a Yellowstone Park theme throughout. The living room has 65" Roku TV. The King Suite has a walk-in closet, attached bathroom, a workspace & 55" smart TV. The Bunkbed room has attached bathroom & 55" smart TV. There is a washer/dryer & all the essentials. 10 mins to downtown, 15 mins to airport, 5 mins to shops/restaurants.

This is a 2 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Townhome built in 2023. The main level has the kitchen, living room and dining room, and 1/2 bathroom. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms; The King suite with a walk in closet, attached bathroom and a dedicated workspace and 55" smart TV. The bunkbed room(queen bed with twin bunkbed overtop) also has its own attached private bathroom and a 55" smart TV. The couch in the living room can be pushed together to form a bed. The Kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking & prepping essential tools. Keurig machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum, 65" Roku in living room, dinning table for 4, countertop with 2 stools. Walking distance to the Yellowstone River. 15 mins to the airport, 10 mins to downtown, 5 mins to shops/groceries/restaurants, and a block away from a new coffee shop in the neighborhood.
10 mins to downtown & 15 mins to the airport. The Yellowstone River is only minutes away. Coffee shop is a couple block walk, more restaurants and shopping only 5 min drive.
Dogs allowed, No Cats. Please utilize provided blankets to put on beds, couches to shield fabric & linens from your pets. There will be a couple of dishwasher pods and laudry pods to get you started. I have provided an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a few extra trash bags in the bottom of each garbage. The short term rental will be supplied for your first couple of days, however, you will need to prepare to provide your own supplies after that.

This brand new comfortable modern townhouse is perfect for a restful getaway or a business stay.
Close to anything you want to do in Billings.
This property owner provided extras to make our stay very comfortable.
Would definitely stay at this location again if we are ever back in Billings.
