The beach is only a short walk away, so you can sink your feet into the sandy shores whenever you like. For a scenic day on dry land rather than in the water, Henderson Beach State Park, as well as a number of other local parks, are all easily accessible and begging to be explored. If you're looking for another way to appreciate nature, book a fishing charter for a mellow day on the water as you cast a line. Bring your clubs to a nearby golf course or take the kids to an amusement park such as The Track or Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park to burn some energy before heading back.
You'll return to a spacious condo sporting an abundance of natural light and the warm ambience of home. Lounge comfortably on the living area furniture together and watch a movie on the TV there. When everyone is hungry, the group chef will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen which features upgrades such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take a snack out to the balcony to eat alfresco while admiring the beautiful Gulf waters in the distance. I rated this five stars because the condo had everything we were looking for. I’ll list the pros and cons.
PROS: Close beach access, nicely sized bedrooms and kitchen, well-stocked kitchen, fantastic view, clean, great water pressure.
CONS: Please note, these cons are personal preferences and most are out of the control of Vacasa management. It’s just nice to be aware.
* The housekeeping company used A LOT of Fabuloso to clean the condo. It was on everything. Surfaces, floors, even sprayed into the carpet. My husband has serious asthma and we needed to re-mop the floors and leave the windows and doors open for an extended period to air out. If you are sensitive to smells, I would contact Vacasa ahead of time.
* The renters below us smoked the devil’s lettuce constantly so the smell of weed smoke was frequently blowing through the condo whether the doors were open or closed. Not within their control but do be aware.
* The master bedroom mattress is quite firm. Again, this is a personal preference.
Overall, we had a great stay and the condo had everything we were looking for.

I will start by saying we love Emerald Towers. We have been staying there about once a year for the past 10 years. This was the first time we stayed in this unit.A lot of the dishes out of the cabinets were really dirty. The beds are extremely hard. The toilets are very tall (I am 5’6” and my feet were about 3 inches off the ground), it was very musty smelling. We were not provided all the codes for the property upfront (we were missing codes for the beach gate, gym, and walk out gate). Beach service was fantastic. We will continue to come to Emerald Towers, but would likely not choose this unit again.
