About this house rental
House feels homey when you enter inside. Beds are comfortable with super soft sheets. Backyard makes you feel like you have escaped into a jungle. Enjoy the extensive patios or the screen room in the backyard. Lots of plants and mature greenery. Small pond in the backyard. We supply bird seed to enjoy the birds and squirrels that are abundant.
Please note that this is not a party house. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Excessive noise or over occupancy will not be tolerated. This a duplex setup you share a wall with a full time tenant.
Take a stroll one block to the grocery store, Starbucks, and just over two more blocks to the beach.

Kimberly was a fantastic host who promptly responded to any questions. The house was perfect for our needs. If you're ok with a shared environment with 2 other tenants then this house is for you. The location is close to the beaches and plenty of activities

This home was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. Communication was great! Kimberly was so easy to work with and answered allllll of my questions. She was a wealth of local knowledge and was able to give us perfect suggestions! We would definitely stay here again.
