Within the 30 acre estate of Eastfields Farm Barns, the granary, hayloft and old cart barn are a group of 3 beautifully converted cottages set in the heart of the Bedfordshire countryside. With 10 bedrooms across the 3 cottages you have the perfect setting for get together with friends and family.
Within easy access of the M1, A1 and A14 with convenient train links to London and Birmingham, it is perfectly located and close to many amenities including Grafham Water.
The space
Across the 3 cottages there is plenty of space for a group of friends and family to socialise. The Old Cart Barn had 5 bedrooms, The Granary has 4 bedrooms and The Hayloft has 1 very large bedroom.
The price shown on the quote is for 16 guests and just The Old Cart Barn and The Granary. Additional guests will be subject to an extra charge. We also allow one well behaved dog at each properties at an additional charge.
Other things to note
We are also to provide additional services if your stay is for a special occasion, including a full stocked bar and catering options.

Can’t fault this place. Plenty of space for families to mix together. Carefully considered layout in all buildings. All necessities provided. Lovely local walks.Laura the host was very friendly and helpful.

14 of us enjoyed a family weekend in The Old Cart Barn and The Granary set in the most beautiful countryside. On arrival Laura, the owner, met us and was very helpful. Our enclosed garden was ideal for our 2 dogs. The kitchens in both buildings were very well equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of seating for all of us in The Old Cart Barn both inside and out. We all had dinner on Saturday night at The Fox and Hounds in nearby Riseley which was delicious. We highly recommend this accommodation and would wouldn’t hesitate to return.
