About this house rental
This cozy house makes for a great vacation retreat for the whole family or a home away from home for longer periods of time. It's the perfect place for relaxation and enjoying the Florida sun by the pool (which is heated during winter) spend your evenings in our screened in patio and watch rocket launches. There is a fully functional office, equipped with an extra computer screen to attach to your laptop, fast WiFi, and a laserjet printer. The house is located 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 20 minutes from the beach, and 5/10 from several great restaurants.
It is has everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home, if only for week, or a few months for work, or just to get away from winter.

Our stay was wonderful. The hot tub needs be drained. At night with lights on you can see all the stuff. Pool was wonderful, used it everyday. We did have a few cockroaches, large and babies by refrigerator and garbage so we sprayed. My son lives there and said it needs to be treated asap. The king bed was amazing, but people who stayed in other rooms complained about the mattresses. The amenities were amazing. We didn’t need a thing other than food. The house is beautifully set up and decorated wonderful!!!! We plan on coming next back there next year in March for a car show so we’ll be back! Thank you ps I left my clothes steamer in master closet, oops!

Great stay in this house. Location was perfect, close to Playa Linda beach which was beautiful, under an hour from Orlando. We even got to see a rocket launch while we were there! The owner was so easy to get a hold of and responsive. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting the Titusville area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was very nice and the pool was awesome! The only real disappointment was the cleanliness of the house. But other than that it was a very nice property.
