Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Boat slips are available on a first come/first serve basis. Pre-registration is required and additional fees apply. On-site Boat trailer parking is available.

A beautifully decorated condo that is in a great location - far enough away from Orange Beach/Gulf Shores but close enough for anything you may need. Pictures posted of this condo are just as you see once you arrive. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials so all we needed were the groceries. Facing the Gulf every morning made it like waking up in a dream. We would definitely rent again on our next trip to Orange Beach!

Excellent communication with property management! The condo was perfect and kitchen well equipped for me to cook our meals. The bed in the master suite was a dream come true! Soooo comfortable and we slept amazing!! We had the BEST vacation and experience!

Was great to sit out and eat breakfast, lunch and, then at the end of the night relax listening to the waves crash into the beach!

Overall, the unit was as listed. There was, however, significant renovations that began as early as 8am (i.e. drilling/hammering next door and men on scaffolds climbing on and off of our units patio.). In the listings defense, the disclosure of construction activity was offered after our initial booking.
