Beautiful, quiet 1st-floor apartment in the Alsbach-Sandwiese neighborhood with 2 rooms and a bathroom.
Excellent public transportation connections; DB train stop in town; buses and trams are easily accessible; the A67 and A5 highways are each just 5 km away.
The 50-square-meter apartment was renovated in 2023 and features a small kitchen with a 2-burner stove, a microwave with grill function, a refrigerator, and a fully automatic coffee machine. Air conditioning is installed in the living/sleeping area.
The beautiful Hessian Bergstraße offers many worthwhile destinations, such as hiking trails in the Alsbach Forest or up to the Melibokus, our “local mountain” at 517 meters. Many beautiful castle ruins invite you to linger. To the west, it’s only 10 km to the Rhine, where you can enjoy a lovely sundowner on the riverbank.
