The home is beautiful and was clean. Very spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and dishes. Beautiful view from balcony. We love the community and private beach. There are also plenty of things to do near by. I took my children to James F Holland Memorial Park and was very impressed. This is our third year staying in this community and I look forward to many more stays!

The positives are 1) you are getting one of the best views possible at Cinnamon Beach; 2) It is a great location for the resort pools and amenities as well; 3) kitchen was well stocked with all sorts of cooking gadget; and 4) the maintenance staff was very responsive. On the negative side: 1) we got off to a rocky start with a buzzing noise that kept us up the first night (but was quickly fixed the next morning; 2) the shower wouldn't drain but that too was fixed quickly; 3) cleanliness was not great as the under sink was gross and there was a lot of dog/cat hair on chairs, in W/D, etc.; 4) beware that neither shampoo nor tissues are provided.
