Please be sure to not leave any dishes in the sink, run the dishwasher when leaving. Turn off dog door, return dog collars, lock front and back door.
Quiet time is very strict - there is no loud or excessive noise between 9 pm til 8 am. Be extra mindful of this in the backyard and hot tub as it can get quiet loud for our neighbours and any excessive noise will result in cancellation of reservation. There is no smoking inside the home at any time, or near doors or windows.
There are no extra guests allowed at any time besides those that are on the reservation. No parking on the street in the cul de sac, only in driveway or out on the main road

Great property! The kids were thrilled with all the places to explore, the toys galore, and the wonderful backyard playground. The adults were pleased with the large home with space for all of us, the cleanliness, and the proximity to great restaurants, grocery store, and access to major roads.
