Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Easy 3 minute walk to downtown Cedarburg restaurants, shops, festivals, and more!! The unit is 1 bedroom with a King size bed. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Living room has a pull out queen size sofa bed. Electric fireplace in living room. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom with tub/shower. Separate small room with office! Quiet neighborhood. Garage available upon request.

The location is awesome--near everything, including parks, a grocery store, downtown Cedarburg, etc. However, it sits on a corner of a busy street, so it gets a lot of car traffic, which also means traffic noise. You're staying on the first floor of an old house, with some updates. Biggest drawbacks were old-house related: few electrical outlets, dim lighting, dingy windows, uneven sidewalks, and the bedding was stale-I wish I'd brought good quality pillows and sheets from home. We had to use a toothpick so the bathroom sink would drain. We bought and left a mirror (addressing several earlier comments), and several rugs to avoid tracking in grass. It didn't feel like the owner tried to make us feel welcome (in contrast to prior experiences at other VRBO stays). But, we were there 3 weeks and made it work for us.

Perfect location for downtown Cedarburg and the fabulous Fourth of July festivities. Enjoyed a break from the heat. Great air conditioning here!

The property is in a highly trafficked area. The kitchen could use curtains, the living area TV didn't work, it wasn't connected to anything and it could use a larger mirror in another area so two people could get ready at the same time. It did have everything you needed from coffee to lots of towels and all appliances were nice. It did have a nice kitchen area, but curtains would give you some privacy at night. It is within walking distance of the main street with all the shops, and restaurants, so that was a plus. Don't know if I would stay there again though.
