Magnificent T3 apartment completely renovated for 4 people in a secure residence a stone's throw from the Roquille beach, with a private parking space.
Secure and wooded Les Haut de la Clape residence close to the Roquille beach and shops, 10 minutes from the Port center.
In the T3 apartment you will find two closed bedrooms with 140x190 bed and storage with mobile air conditioning, the living room with sofa, two armchairs and TV, dining area; the kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (microwave oven, refrigerator / freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher) with garden view.
In the garden you will find a large dining table with 6 chairs
and electric awning.
Apartment is equipped with a washing machine.
Shower room and separate toilet.
Private parking N ° 150.
TV (French channels only).
Utensils such as pans, pots, glasses, cutlery and plates are available to travelers as well as duvets, pillows and cleaning supplies.
The apartment does not have WI-FI.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
