This was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We had her friends, my son and his friends, and some of my friends. The home is very new, very attractive decorating and it is embracing of family and friends. The layout was really perfect for our group and we spent nearly all of our time in the kitchen, living room, TV room and the pool area. It was perfect.Our host, Nikhil, was always available, super friendly and super helpful. When we had an issue, he was super effective in fixing it telling us where things were, etc. Highly recommend this home.

Gracious, responsive hosts. Good location, very close to beach and town, however you do hear airplanes and the train from time to time. Good area for walking, biking, running.
The house is spacious and new. The cleaning service could be improved. A finished basement with a gym would be a welcome addition.

From beginning to end, the process of communicating and coordinate with Nik surpassed my expectations. The house was beautiful, well stocked and had everything we needed. When we had an issue trying to get the spa to heat properly, Nik responded immediately and the pool technician was there the next day to fix it. Check in and check out process was seemless. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm visiting the Hamptons and would recommend this place to any group of friends or family. Nik - thank you for making our first Hamptons experience an exceptional one!
