Across from the beach and in the middle of the Golden Zone of Mazatlan , (Hotels and tourist zone). Our 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms super large condo is surrounded by beautiful hotels with water front swimming pools, great restaurants, street shopping, 24 hours medical clinics, banks, tennis courts, golf, taxis at the door....all the best conveniences and facilities at your fingertips but in a quiet, friendly and very Canadian/ American occupied building as well as many friendly mexican guests....
Walk on miles of golden sand and book any of the many tours, day trips and other activities offered by all the hotels!
The Historic Downtown ( Old) Mazatlan is a short 15 minutes taxi ( only a few dollars) drive along the beautiful Malecon (beach front boardwalk) and offers a folkloric taste of Mexico, its' centuries old architecture and cobblestone streets and a variety of beautiful plazas ( Plaza Machado is the most popular) with incredible sidewalk restaurants featuring gourmet continental and local foods and beautiful live music ... but you have all that you want and need steps away from our door so this would be the odd day in CENTRO...
Our condo is our home away from home during our vacation times and we have equipted it with all the things that you would need to be comfortable and enjoy your home. From washer and dryer to dishes, wine glassess, coffee pot, microwave, blender and serving trays to hair dryer, plenty of bath towels ( WE ALSO HAVE beach towels ! ) air condition in both bedrooms and ceiling fans..... MINI SPLIT IN KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM AREA...
We have plasma tv screenS,wireless internet and cable TV....even a collection of books and movies in English for your entertainment.

I was disappointed to find out after I checked in that the property did not have a hot tub as advertised. The owner did say I could leave and she would return the balance of the money but unfortunately with it being the Easter long weekend I couldn’t find anything suitable.Owner also offered me a1 day pass at a hotel which was nice of her. I didn’t use the offer as I didn’t really want to go to another location and for a 1 week stay 1 day somewhere else wasn’t that appealing.Condo was clean and location good.

The property was very clean. Lola was very helpful with information on how to get from the Airport to the room. They took care of all our requests.
