It was spacious with fridge, kettle and all the things we needed. Explanations for arrival were very helpful and easy to follow.
The additional bed was difficult to assemble.Our initial trepidation on seeing the outside of the property (it looked a bit neglected) were soon dispelled when we were inside.

The location is perfect for our visit. Local amenities, the ferry, and the train station are also nearby. It costs 5 euros to hire a Bolt to the Tallinn port.
The WiFi is very poor. It needs replacing with a faster internet connection.

Position - that’s unfortunately where the positives end.
The soundproofing was practically nonexistent. The black out curtain in the living room didn’t work, which meant privacy and light control were out of the question. The TV was plugged in, yes — but there was no signal. The host told me “there’s a remote,” which I suppose was meant to be helpful or show the sense of humour. The dishes were left unwashed, which was a rather unpleasant surprise.
