Zona tranquila, preparado para niños y limpio.
Se escucha mucho el ruido de los vecinos al ser suelo de madera. Por suerte fueron ratitos puntuales. Baño muy pequeñito.

Molt cèntric. Cuina petita però ben equipada. Apartament molt petit però acollidor. Ideal per passar-hi uns dies. Calefacció Televisor smart.
El terra és de parquet i era molt sorollós caminar per l’apartament. També s’escoltà molt quan els veïns pugen i baixen per L’Escala o caminen pel pis de plantes superiors, no perquè fessin massa soroll, sinó perquè està poc insonoritzat.

El tracte amb el Jordi va ser exel.lent. Tot van ser facilitats. Sens dubte ho recomanaria i ho tornaria. La situació del apartament era molt bona

Me cobraron 60€ por la limpieza, que te avisan a través de un email, y para el colmo las sábanas estaban manchadas!!
