Sehr empfehlenswert: piccobello sauber bis in die letzte Ecke, vollständige Ausstattung, hochwertige Marken-Geräte und Möbel, ruhiges Haus, die mittelstark befahrene Innerstadtstraße ist durch die geschlossenen Fenster nicht hörbar, wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Bitte Info an den Eigentümer: die Mischbatterie am Waschtisch funktioniert nocht gut, hakt aber bereits. Empfehlung: mal den Techniker hinschicken, um das Spiel des Hebels gängiger zu machen und die Batterie neu zu fixieren (die hat durch den schwergängigen Hebel nämlich an Stabilität verloren).

Das Bad an sich und die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind ordentlich. Auch die Küche genügt den Ansprüchen.
Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer ist schwergängig, die Tür des ersten Schlafzimmers ist eine Badtür mit defektem Lüftungseinsatz unten, sollte als bald durch eine normale Zimmertür ersetzt werden. Die offene Dusche im Bad sorgt für reichlich Überschwemmung.

Die Wohnung war nett und hell eingerichtet. Großzügige Wohnfläche, Küche war super 😀
Ein kleiner Teppich im Flur wäre super, und ein Wandspiegel im Flur fehlte. Leider gab es Parkplatz Probleme.
