Czyste mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone, przy ulicy bez ruchu samochodowego. Parking ogólnodostępny na równoległej ulicy. Sprawna komunikacja z gospodarzem. Łatwy meldunek. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodna łazienka. Miękkie ręczniki.
Generalnie wszystko jak najbardziej ok. Jeden szczegół tylko drobny, który może być istotny: pod oknami mieszkania Żabka (co ma plusy), ale niestety akurat trafiliśmy na ciepłe dni i dość głośnych klientów Żabki, wiec wieczorem było trochę głośno przy otwartych oknach. Na szczęście Żabka jest do 23. Mimo tego wróciłabym do tego mieszkania.

Lokal bardzo ładnie urządzony, nowoczesny, funkcjonalny i dobrze ogrzany, co zimą jest bardzo ważne. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Korzystanie położony obok Parku Zdrojowego. Dobrze objaśniona możliwość zaparkowania w pobliżu.
Zabrakło na wyposażeniu kieliszków do wina.
