Het huis is verdeeld in 3 appartementen, met eigen voordeur. Souterrain verdieping is mooi ingericht. Leuk laag terras met zitje en met een trap sta je op een grasveldje met nog een terrasje. Handig met een hondje. Prima keuken, kleine douche en aparte wc.

Badkamer ietsje verouderd.

De ligging van het huisje is ideaal voor strand/duin liefhebbers, het ligt op 5 minuten loopafstand tot het strand. Het huisje zelf is licht en gezellig ingericht en de tuin mooi onderhouden. De wijk/omgeving is ook netjes. Ik zou hier weer naartoe komen.

Het enige wat ik zou kunnen benoemen waren de hondenharen op de tuinkussens.
