We had a lovely stay in the newly renovated, conveniently located apartment. Nice deco, comfy bed, very clean. But bring

we liked that it was newly renovated and very clean. Generously sized apartment with separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. The electric shutters are very convenient. Some nice welcome treats. Parking close by

1: The very cold lightning, bulbs much too white, taking away the atmosphere of the nice decoration. I brought one warm tone lamp with me, but we headed out to buy many candles. Great result not using the cold electric installation. Very bad lightning in the otherwise nice bathroom 2: The ground floor situation, with a rather busy intersection, the cars directly in front of the wndows. BUT one can see the sea and if you don’t like to climb stairs, the ground floor is ideal.

Le volet du salon ne fonctionne pas. L’appartement est à hauteur d’un feu rouge donc il y a le bruit des voitures. Un train passe parfois. Le ballon d’eau chaude est vite froid

Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux. La décoration raffinée et la luminosité de l'appartement. Le couchage excellent.

Un reste de pain dur et un paquet de gâteaux entamé dans le placard au dessus de la hote. Le désodorisant de WC qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Un superbe séjour ensoleillé à Houlgate !!!

Tout le confort et l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. La situation géographique de la location est vraiment top , on sort , on traverse le passage piéton et on est à la plage , puis sur la promenade Roland Garros puis les commerces !!! Je recommande !!!

De locatie direct aan het strand was geweldig! Daarbij heeft het appartement een moderne uitstraling en is van alle gemakken voorzien.

De bedden waren hard, maar dit is onze persoonlijke mening.

Agréable

Très bien situé, juste en face de la plage. Centre ville d’Houlgate a proximité, Dives-sur mer accessible à pied également. L’appartement est agréable et fonctionnel. Nous n’avons pas été dérangé par la proximité de la route (peu voire pas de circulation la nuit). Nous pourrions y retourner sans problème.

Le bruit de la porte d’entrée. Un problème qui devrait être assez facilement résolu. Le ménage était approximatif.

Super !

Appartement très agréable, bien agencé, confortable (y compris le couchage dans le canapé-lit)..L'arrivée et le départ autonomes offrent une réelle liberté ! Emplacement au top, surtout avec des chiens car nous étions juste en face de la plage autorisée aux chiens. Resto de la plage à 2 minutes à pied, arrêt du bus 111 à moins d'1 minute, super pratique pour rejoindre Cabourg.

Quelques équipements en plus (cocotte minute, maniques, balais) seraient appréciables. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de notre séjour.

Le logement était très agréable, comme sur les photos, Très bon matelas et oreiller ! J' ai même prie les marques .😉Rien à redire! Pas loin de la mer, il suffit de traverser la route. Vous pouvez longer la plage pour aller Jusqu'au centre de Houlgate !👍 Je peux même vous conseiller 2 restaurants : l'arbre à pain , La maison du coquillage. Et pour les golfeurs: ( le golf de Houlgate) parfait! 🏌‍♂️

⚠️Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié du tout : la nuisance sonore de la route avec ce feu tricolore!!! juste au niveau de la chambre ! ( qui existe bien) pourtant effacer sur une des photos!😉 Merci , la gomme magique... Et réveillée par le camion poubelles.. Un peu trop tôt 👍 Sinon, si vous êtes un gros dormeur !! que le bruit ne vous dérange pas ! je vous le conseille.....

L’appartement est propre et confortable

L’appartement n’est pas assez insonorisé nous avons entendu tous les véhicules s’arrêtaient au feu qui se trouve à hauteur de la chambre nuit d’enfer je déconseille cet appartement pour se reposer.

Appartement au top, dommage pour les nuisances sonores.

Appartement super bien équipé, avec plateau de courtoisie. Appartement refait à neuf très agréable.

Locataires du dessus arrivés tardivement en faisant traîner leurs valises sur toutes les marches dans l escalier, et marchant très très lourdement après arrivée ( + de 23h) et idem le matin (7h) faisant trembler certains éléments de l appartement et nous réveillant. Dommage pour l emplacement au pied du feu tricolore...

Un peu trop court mais très agréable.

- appartement spacieux - en rez de chaussée - proximité de la plage - proximité des commerces

- le QRcode que j'ai reçu le matin de mon départ et que j'ai photocopié depuis ma boite mail n'était pas le bon. Je n'ai pas de smart phone, juste un portable à clapet. Ma fille a pu me dépanner avec son portable en recevant le QRcode transmis à 16h00.
