The location, right in the centre but away from the noise, 12-15 minutes walk from levante beach. Size wise it was perfect for us, did not feel cramped, in fact the photos did not do it justice, will definitely be our first option when we next return.
If I’m being picky, perhaps a visible guide at the property of how to access some of the amenities, how to open the patio shutter (we did find the remote eventually) and that the washing machine room key is hanging by the sink, again just being picky.

It is my favourite place to stay when visiting my family. Stayed here a few times & will go back. Always a pleasure & never disappoints. Excellent everything!! Perfect location, on the doorstep of town, cafes, bars. Its safe, clean, amazing, helpful host, even the cleaner is a friendly, fantastic lady. The bed is comfortable, the showers powerful & hot. The apartment is well stocked for basics. The little courtyard at the back is cute & closed off. I highly recommend 👌 ❤️
