Sehr sauber, mit Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet und gemütlich. Sehr zentrale Lage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in Laufdistanz.
Es hat einen Klub nebenan der bis um 5:00 morgens Musik in voller Lautstärke laufen lässt und vor aller am Wochenende, Donnerstag bis Sonntag, wenn es warm ist ist, sind die Türen offen und die Gäste belagern die ganze Strasse. Unmöglich zu schlafe, trotz der an und für sich sehr gut isolierenden Fenstern. Ist nicht ein Fehler des Vermieters, aber es prägt nachhaltig den Eindruck dieser sonst sehr schönen Unterkunft.

Tenía todo lo necesario: productos de limpieza, cafeteras, tostadora, menaje. Secador en el baño. Tendedero! La cama muy cómoda.

Ubicación excelente, céntrica.Mucho lío en la calle pero el apartamento completamente "insonorizado" con ventanas a prueba de ruidos. Excelente recepción con el anfitrión. Relación calidad / precio es OK. Hay café y cafetera, entre otras cosas. WIFI OK. El mobiliario está nuevo, ok. La cocina justa pero con enseres.
El apartamento es pequeño. El baño mínimo y la ducha de autocaravana. La cama es plegable para dar un poco de espacio cuando no se duerme.

Me gustó la ubicación del piso y que estuviera nuevo y limpio.
No me gustó el intenso ruido nocturno, al estar situado encima de varias discotecas. Tampoco me gustó el olor que desprendía el baño y que no hubiera persianas, sino estores que no se pueden subir ni bajar con facilidad. El aparato del aire acondicionado no calentaba demasiado en plena ola de frío.
