En plein centre ville et proche de toutes commodités, appartement 5 eme étage propre et fonctionnel , accès par ascenseur moderne et rapide, résidence sécurisée par badge, emplacement parking privé.
Manque peut-être un grand étendoir à linge. WC et douche non séparés. Manque un local à vélos dans les parties communes.
