On voit qu’une rénovation a été réalisée récemment, avec des installations relativement neuves, ce qui rend le séjour confortable. » « J’ai apprécié les informations claires fournies par l’hôte. J’ai également aimé l’emplacement, assez proche du centre de Bordeaux et très facile d’accès, y compris à vélo. »
« Il est important de signaler aux futurs hôtes que le WC et le coin douche se trouvent dans la même pièce que la chambre, séparés seulement par deux paravents. Vous pouvez y séjourner confortablement, sauf si la discrétion et l’intimité sont une priorité. Pour un voyageur seul, cela ne pose aucun problème. »

L’appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Transports en communs proches. L’hôte est assez réactif dans les échanges. L’accès à l’appartement est assez simple( boîte à clés).
Les toilettes dans la chambre cachées par un paravent c’est moyen si on est à deux. C’est compliqué pour se garer et c’est payant aux alentours.
