The location was excellent. Close enough to walk to the pedestrian village, and far enough to feel like you are in a private area, away from the hustle and bustle. The size of the unit was large enough for our family of 7 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pot and pans. The windows and high ceilings provide a wonderful feeling of space, with the beautiful fall trees clearly visible outside all the windows. Plenty of parking and easy to check in. Good communication from owners.
The unit is dated. It seems like nothing has been modernized since it was built almost 25 years ago. Although there is plenty of furniture and space, the seating areas are worn and run down, as are the carpets on the stairs. One of my sons inspected the beds and was not impressed with the multitude of stains on the covers and walls. At minimum, a good coat of neutral paint and new linens would go a long way in refreshing the unit.
