Great location, with food options nearby, friendly & attentive staff, good breakfast, comfortable room.
The toilet had a bit of a problem with water, filling up after flushing.

- Location was convenient for getting around town. - Reception staff were friendly and helpful. - Tea and coffee making facilities available at all times in a shared area.
The room was much smaller than the photos suggested. - Bathroom door did not close properly. - Breakfast was disappointing — just two cocktail-sized sausages and a fried egg. Overall, while the staff and shared facilities were appreciated, the room size, maintenance issues, and breakfast left us underwhelmed.
