Emplacement idéal, appartement très soigné et parfaitement équipé. Les propriétaires et leur concierge sont très réactifs en cas de problème.

L’immeuble est un peu vieillissant, ascenseur très étroit et odeurs de chiens sur le palier. Clic-clac du salon basique donc couchage moyennement confortable.

Appartement très agréable, la vue est magnifique, lever de soleil sur la mer. A proximité du marché, et de toutes les commodités. L’accueil est parfait et d’une très grande souplesse pour les horaires d’entrée. Une délicate attention : la bouteille de rosé au frais !

La pièce à vivre est assez petite, et peu de place quand on a deux grosses valises

The apartment is well located 6 floor with seaview. All you need in kitchen is there. The building itself might be in better condition, mostly in hygiene and clearness way. But sailing school is nearby, small grocery shop downstairs and if you lucky you can park even outside of building for free.

Well. The biggest issue is an agent cooperating with owners and probably owners imagination how it runs. We travel about 60 days a year for last 20 years, so might say experienced travellers. From perspective all works well, but quite unpleasant since the start of chat. Checkin hours different and agent unhappy that we didn't come in time she wanted (very narrow window). She complained few times that meeting in person would be better. But a show she made (agent, not owners) at the check-out was simply super rude. While getting keys to apartment she put a barrage can into middle of room and to our surprise started to throw all left (but soiled food) into it. Complaint about dirty coffee capsule machine, etc. In super rude way. From what I got owners want guest to clean the apartment themselves. My opinion is this is a road to nowhere. We have left very clean the apartment, but agent behave like we should unpack by checkout and start washing floors. On top, she lied about swimsuit left in the apartment, and probably throw it to the garbage can too, as she did with all leftovers. And one may say I imagine things, but I might quote agent when kitchen plate was not working: "if you shall come in my hours at check in I would show you how it works", meaning we are stupid. By check out she didn't manage to turn it on either. On top of that they gave us for 5 days 1 garbage bag. One. I was throwing garbage myself for 4 days, but anyhow was treated unpleasant by the end. Floor on balcony is tragic and might happen that you loose your teeth. Grill on the balcony is stupid - as it takes half of it and barely can use it (below AC fan - too hot)
