Studio with Boulevard View

Location: The bed was fabulous , good balcony, and enjoyed using the pool. Apartment was quiet. Great that restaurants nearby and the Mall. There was a supermarket very close

Washing machine did not work. Owner was kind enough to send our clothes to be laundered as we had been travelling for one month. Receptionist was too austere Would have liked more than one key to apartment Not all the light fittings worked. Would I use again? Certainly

1. Great location. 2. The apartment is minimalistic, but has everything needed for a comfortable stay — if not for one major issue…

1. The air conditioning is not controllable — at all. You cannot turn it off or adjust the temperature. As a result, it gets freezing cold at night (the building uses central air conditioning, and there is no way to stop the flow of cold air). I had to sleep in a sweater and open the balcony door just to raise the temperature a bit — but being on the 2nd floor, with a noisy street outside, made it very difficult to sleep. The owners/managers are clearly aware of the issue but seem to ignore it. It was mentioned in other reviews, but not emphasized. When choosing the place, I didn’t pay much attention to it, as I didn’t realize how bad it really is — which is why I’m now writing this review. 2. After taking a shower, a lot of water remains on the floor. It’s poorly designed and impossible to avoid.
