Welcome to 226 W. Esperanza (Gavin's Getaway), your own slice of waterfront paradise! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the property accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining area are located on the second floor and surrounded by windows that provide you and your guests with incredible views of the bay! Cook delicious, island-themed meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with pots, pans & the dishes you will need to serve friends and family. The living area has ample seating for guests in front of a large flat screen TV.

Your master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a King bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony with more waterside views. A second guest room is located on the 2nd floor as well and features two twin beds and a flat screen TV. There is a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower for guests. Downstairs you have the 3rd bedroom featuring two Queen beds with two twin trundles, 50" flat screen TV, a full second kitchen, and private bathroom with a modern combination bathtub/shower (completely renovated in 2024!) This portion of the home has a private entrance off the pool/patio area and is fully equipped which make Gavin's Getaway the perfect island escape for extended families or multiple families traveling together.

The home also offers you and your guests cable and FREE wifi, as well as a brand new washer and dryer!

Walk out the back door to your own island paradise! You and your guests will enjoy sitting on the waterfront deck for morning coffee, mid-day lunch or evening nightcaps! If you get too warm in the amazing South Padre sun, cool off in the refreshing swimming pool that also overlooks the bay, or under the covered patio. Guests can fish right off the backyard day or night, or use the private boat slip for a stress free day out on the water! When you're ready to put your toes in the sand, the beach is just a short walk away.

Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear.

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!
