We stayed for one night in this lovely apartment in Stanici and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, right at the beach, and the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained.
The hosts, Maria and Ljubo, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their guests.
Although it was just a short stay, we had a great time. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Omiš and we would love to come back in the future for a longer period of time.

A fantastic one bed apartment in Stanici! Perfect for a couple but can accommodate four. We recently had a week's stay here and had a brilliant and relaxing time. The owners, Ljubo and Maria were very friendly, welcoming and helpful and communication was easy.
The views from the balcony, just off the bedroom were fabulous and the sunsets incredible!! The double bed is spacious and the whole apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bottles of water and some beer in the fridge was very welcome upon arrival as was the bowl of fruit.
There are a few restaurants around. Povat restaurant was on the beach. Access was down a few flights of stairs. We visited twice and it is a good little restaurant with good food although it closed temporarily as it was the end of season. Espana restaurant up the road definitely worth a visit as the food is incredible but pricey ( worth it!)
If you need to buy provisions, there is a little shop and bakery up and along the road about 5 mins from the property and further along is a Studenac shop, Very useful.
We enjoyed days at the nearby beach and visited Omis as we had pre booked a boat trip( great day out!) The sea is great for a swim but the beach is pebbly.
We would definitely recommend this property!
There are many steps as the property is elevated but we coped! 😅 Just be aware! It comes with the territory..Good for improving muscle tone.
No toaster...but there is a sandwich toaster.

Ми залишилися у повному захваті від цих апартаментів і щиро рекомендуємо їх усім! Найперше, що сподобалося — це розташування. До моря буквально кілька кроків, берегова лінія зовсім поруч, тож не потрібно витрачати час на довгі прогулянки, щоб скупатися чи просто насолодитися морським повітрям.
Господар зустрів нас дуже привітно, завжди був на зв’язку й допомагав у будь-яких питаннях. Приємною несподіванкою стало те, що по приїзду в холодильнику вже чекала вода, молоко та навіть пиво — після довгої дороги (ми їхали 13 годин!) це було надзвичайно доречно.
Самі апартаменти великі, просторі й чисті. Видно, що тут дуже добре дбають про порядок і комфорт гостей. Було багато свіжих рушників, зручні ліжка та подушки, великий телевізор, обладнана кухня, де є все необхідне, включно з кавою. Атмосфера справді домашня, але водночас відчувається високий рівень сервісу.

Bardzo wygodny apartament, czysty i zadbany. Fantastyczny widok z balkonu na zachód słońca nad morzem.
Zejście na plażę schodkami w dół prosto z budynku, na plaży restauracja i beach bar. Bardzo blisko piekarnia, spożywczak i buda z owocami.
