Durres beach apartment

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 4. OG, damit hat man freie Aussicht auf das Meer.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und der Strand vor der Unterkunft war nicht nutzbar! Es fuhren den ganzen Tag (Montag - Samstag) LKWs und haben Sand aufgeschüttet, der mit Bulldozern verteilt wurde. Es gab keine einzige Sonnenliege und der Sand war mit Müll übersät. Die Wohnungstür/ ihre Verriegelung war so schwergängig, dass nur mein Mann diese öffnen konnte. !!! Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 4. OG und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl.

Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze bez możliwości korzystania z windy dla niepełnosprawnych osób to bariera nie do przeskoczenia po interwencji winda wyjeżdża na półpiętro i znów schody w górę później w dół więc osoby niepełnosprawnej odradzam tą ofertą. Ręczniki poplamione żółtą substancją, łóżko w salonie popsute, gałka w drzwiach wejściowych zostaje w ręce i nikt nawet po interwencji jej nie naprawił. Śmieci które kazano wystawiać przed drzwi przez 8 dni leżały i kisły 🤮.

A fully equiped apartmebt with washingmashine, ironing board, large fridge, smart tv and good wifi. The bedroom is large with balkony. Lot of space and wardrobe. Good aize of living room with balkony eith a nice view to the see. Tidy and clean apartment. Kitchen is clean and well euiped. Clean and new towels, extra spare sheets and balkets. No need to take many clothes with you due to the existing opp to clean them.

Neighborhood! Local people live in the building who start their day early and finish it late. Property has zero interior insulation so you can hear every time when someone pulls a chair on the tiled floor or talking in the staircase. The washing maahine is spinning no matter it is 11:30pm or 6am. It is not recommended for those who mind annoing noices like me.
