This was a very enjoyable stay. Communication with Jeta was prompt, clear, and friendly throughout. The key lockbox was a great convenience, especially after a long drive, as it made check-in quick and hassle-free. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and fully met our expectations. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedroom was quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed, even though we didn't cook during our stay. Plenty of hot water, and the water pressure was high all the time (important for Durres). I also noticed that some of the minor issues mentioned by previous guests had been addressed, and I did not encounter a single problem during my stay. I would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

L'appartamento è situato al 4 piano di una palazzina difronte al mare. Non manca nulla . Ti senti come se fosi a casa con la differenza che quando apri la finestra il poggiolo è difronte alla spiaggia con una vista bellissima. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile

Manca l'ascensore e l'unica pecca.

A fully equiped apartmebt with washingmashine, ironing board, large fridge, smart tv and good wifi. The bedroom is large with balkony. Lot of space and wardrobe. Good aize of living room with balkony eith a nice view to the see. Tidy and clean apartment. Kitchen is clean and well euiped. Clean and new towels, extra spare sheets and balkets. No need to take many clothes with you due to the existing opp to clean them.

Neighborhood! Local people live in the building who start their day early and finish it late. Property has zero interior insulation so you can hear every time when someone pulls a chair on the tiled floor or talking in the staircase. The washing maahine is spinning no matter it is 11:30pm or 6am. It is not recommended for those who mind annoing noices like me.
