Perfecte locatie, ruim, netjes en alles aanwezig om goed te kunnen koken.
De trappen zijn echt vervelend en de buren kunnen rumoerig zijn op het irritante af.

Dat alles op loopafstand was. En dat je ook alles bij de hand zoals een bakker en slager enzo. En dat het appartement goed verzorgd was. We hadden alles bij de hand.
Het enige min puntjes was dat er geen versterker tussen de tv was. Waardoor je geen gewoon tv kon kijken. Maar voor rest was alles top in orde.

- very nice, big balcony with nice view
- plenty of space to cook
- keep in mind that to get to apartment you need to use steep steps
- its very nice apartment, but to be a '10/10 apartment' for me personally, there are some minor annoying flaws that would need to be improved, like: each door is loud when locking it, and its easy to fix by using some damping on door frame, so door doesnt hit it so loudly. Another thing is that entrance door to apartment are just like 'inside doors' - basically cardboard, so any noise from outside can be heard inside apartment. Another thing is electric water kettle which was annoying to use since it has cable attached to it - why its not standard electric kettle which you can just grab??? I dont get it, why would you choose this one :D
- in general i dont rate apartments 10/10 if they ar not really cozy or dont have some particularly good desing - this one doesn't. It feels kinda empty... lamp has missing bulb and top part... No attention to details to deserve 10/10 (but its good enough for 9/10)

Ruimte, geoot, licht, balkon groot met zon en schaduw
Geen horren. Het was heet, de ramen moesten echt open. Het barstte van de muggen. Dat heeft onze nachten verpest.
