Departamento Barrio Lastarria

O apto é ótimo, tudo muito limpo e organizado. A localização é excelente e de fácil acesso a todos os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Tivemos um problema com a reserva (totalmente culpa nossa) e Blanca e Miguel prontamente nos ajudaram a resolver e de forma muito honesta.

Não há pontos negativos.

Lo lindo del departamento y la ubicación cercano al centro, lugares donde comer etc. La Amabilidad del propietario! Pero muy bien en general.

Me incómodo el colchón de la cama un poco duro y las almohadas un poco bajas. Podría haber cercano un mini market para compra de insumos básicos.

Nicely decorated Very central

Location was incredible. Next to Santa Lucia Hill, right within Barrio Lastarria. Full of great cafes, restaurants, and a pedestrian plaza art market during the day, turning a little more edgy during dusk and the night. Most of the shops and restaurants had staff who can speak English. Large supermarkets a couple of blocks away, as was the subway. The apartment was suitable in size for two people with large travel bags not getting in the way. 24hr security at the front desk. Buzz codes for both street and room entry. There seems to be a few booking.com apartments in this building, not sure if they are the same owner or not, but we stayed in 407. Lifts were quick. Obviously furnished by Ikea.

The bed is awful. A small double size spring mattress. Old and drooping on one side. My partner felt he was rolling out all the time. We took turns sleeping on the lounge. We were in Santiago in late Spring, so not yet too hot. This apartment has only a single floor fan, no air conditioning, which just made it bearable. In the heat of full summer, it would not be enough. The kitchen set up was fine, but only one cereal bowl to share to get the day started. The plastic shower curtain is hung too far above the stand-up bathtub style shower, not at the edge. I seemed to be wrapped in plastic each time I took a shower. The stated washing machine is not in the apartment, but apparently a shared facility for the entire 8 level building in the basement. We looked but couldn't find it. Towels were old and grey.
