Country Cottage

Location is central to lake as well as the town for eating and shopping. Property is adorable - very cottage feel - wild flowers - could use lanscaping more tall weeds growing than flowers but love the concept. Super secluded.

Not enough seating in living room for 5 people to hang out. Furniture is outdate and kitchen chairs look as though for a child we were afraid to use all of them.

I LOVED this place. adorable, clean, house. amazing AC. Beautiful yard. nice and quiet. friendly neighbors (bunnies from next door) close by Penn Yan so plenty of dining options. Well stocked kitchen. It felt much more remote and peaceful than it actually was. Andrew the property manager was great and quick to resolve an issue for us. If I am ever in the area again I hope this place is available, because I would love to stay here again.

There was only one issue, and it was quickly resolved so I wouldn't count it as a negative. There was an issue with our shower. I texted the property manager about it and within a couple of hours a plumber was at the place and the issue was fixed. I was very impressed with how the whole situation was handled.

Our stay at this adorable cottage in the beautiful locale of Keuka Lake couldn’t have been more perfect. I almost don’t want to write this review since we want to keep coming back and have it all to ourselves haha. The cottage is set within this amazing plot of land that feels like a secret fairy garden, with flowers blooming everywhere, wild rabbits hopping around happily, a little private pond with lily pads and frogs, I could go on and on. The cottage itself is perfectly set up, with a beautiful cathedral ceiling over the living room area, and well-appointed kitchen with pretty much every kitchen tool and appliance you could want to make an amazing dinner. There’s both a regular coffee machine and a keurig (wish we had know before, because we brought ours with). The second bedroom, which we didn’t need, is up some stairs to a lofted area, perfect for kids. The rear deck has a grill, and the front screened-in sunroom was where we ate most of our meals and enjoyed the nature around us, minus mosquitos. The location in the middle of the two upper arms of the lake is super close to vineyards, and great cycling routes. The hosts clearly put a lot of love into this property! We wish we could have stayed longer, but now we know where it is, and will be back many more times we hope!
