The apartment is in Old Scottsdale, which we love. It was very nice and of course close to restaurants and shopping. We were in town for an auction, so that's where we spent most of the week. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative.
The unit is on the second floor, and we could hear every step, every flush from the 3rd floor unit. There is a bar directly across the street that can get pretty loud. It's by no means unbearable.
