Elevator was a bit tricky but once it was figured out with the help of a very delightful customer service rep, we managed to figure it out and no problems.

This penthouse condo is located in an amazing area, close to restaurants and shops. Love the vibe of the area. Though check-in was a little confusing and directions to securely access the property where at first complicated, you get the hang of it pretty quickly. The condo is beautifully appointed. Very large living area. Beautiful kitchen. Bed was a little too firm for our taste. The bathroom was wonderful. Lots of drawers and closet space. No live TV which made it a little challenging for us to watch the big game and inauguration coverage.

This is the clincher though, and the reasons we likely won't return to this property. There is a bar across the street called rock bar. On the second story, there is an open outside bar that blasts hard rock through speakers until 1 AM. We filed a complaint with the police department to no avail. Noise ordinance says 11 PM for loud music. They obviously do not comply. Even tried calling them. Also, the bright lights on the balconies and the lights strung across the street seep into the main bedroom, even though there are supposedly blackout shades. There is no way to turn off the balcony lights from inside the property. If you value a goodnights sleep, this is not the place to stay, unfortunately.
