The atmosphere, even when next to the main road of the town. It's not loud at all. Feels like you're on a game farm with an occasional vehicle driving by.

The host Conrad and Beth, we're both so incredibly lovely. They made me feel so warmly welcome. The cleaning staff is also so kind and professional. The accommodation was absolute perfection and has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxed stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay here. Thank you guys so much for the peaceful space to get away for a bit. I appreciate it 😊

The room itself is comfortable. The new and spacious bathroom was the best feature. Comfortable bed, good quality linen. Check in was easy and the person who assisted was very friendly, fast to respond and very helpful. WiFi was fast, and that was great for getting work done. Ceiling fan and aircon makes it very comfortable. The mini bar snacks are super well priced fir those interested.

I'm honestly confused by all the great reviews, and expected something very different. The property itself is in a very sad state. What could be a lovely, peaceful garden in front of the room is empty and filled with junk. See photos. My room had nothing but block out curtains, so for privacy my room was dark the entire time. Other rooms had added sheer curtains. It's also very very noisy. Right on a main road, trains, neighbour's non stop barking dog, people talking loudly on the road. I was told tap water is not drinkable, but only a paid small bottle was offered as alternative. Fridge very noisy. Tea bags are not wrapped, yuck. Garden tools were laying around in the garden during my entire stay. I was forced to stay an extra night due to work, but didn't sleep well either nights. It really didn't give nice vibes to me at all, aesthetics and care throughout is important.
