Super Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern - gerne wieder!

Wir haben kurzfristig einen Kurzurlaub Anfangs August 2025 gebucht. Appartement (Comfort Vierbettzimmer) bestand aus zwei Zimmern und Dusche/WC, mit eigenem Boiler, kleiner Balkon. Küchenzeile bestand aus einem Abwaschbecken und Kühlschrank, kein Herd. Das Appartement war sauber und geräumig, die Betten waren gut. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und herzlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert! Der Parkplatz ist ca 5 min Gehminuten entfernt in einem abgeschirmten Bereich - wir haben das Auto aber nicht mehr gebraucht während des Aufenthalts. Wir sind als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 2 Hunde) angereist und wurden extrem freundlich begrüsst und betreut. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt am Strand, aber trotzdem top gelegen - durch verschiedene Unterführungen ist man in kaum 5 Minuten am Strand oder bereits im malerischen Städtchen Spotorno. In Kombination mit der Pluto Beach top! einen kleinen Supermarkt erreicht man in ebenfalls knapp 5 Minuten. Wenn wir wieder einmal etwas in dieser Region suchen, ist dies sicher unsere erste Wahl!

Il divano dovrebbe essere piu confortevole e si suggerisce di posizionare il televisore in camera da letto che è più ampia rispetto al soggiorno cucina.

Tutto . Hanno il parcheggio per l’auto , la camera spaziosa e pulita con aria condizionata, colazione buona e i proprietari davvero gentili. Consiglio !!!

Piacevole weekend a Spotorno,molto tranquillo

Struttura con camere ristrutturate da pochissimo e super pulite. Posizione molto comoda sia per il mare che per il budello. Molto comodo la possibilità di avere il parcheggio per il posto auto

Ottima soluzione a Spotorno

La pulizia eccellente! Camera rinnovata e abbastanza accogliente. Colazione varia e abbondante. Grazie ai sottopassi strategici si raggiunge il centro storico e la spiaggia in pochi minuti. Comodissimo avere il posteggio chiuso vicino e compreso. Non evidente in Liguria!

Struttura atipica, colazione e accoglienza si trovano sul davanti in un piccolo stanzino e un bel patio coperto ricco di fiori fronte strada. Le camere si trovano in un condominio soprastante ma con entrata laterale, il posteggio è al di là dell’aurelia a circa 150 metri. Per la colazione logicamente vi sono molti rumori della strada e bisogna uscire dal condominio sulla sinistra per poter entrare nel patio. Una notte ho dormito malissimo per i rumori costanti e maleducati dei vicini di stanza, la fessura sotto la porta permetteva di sentire tutto, sembrava di avere genitori, bambini e cane in stanza propria alle 6 del mattino. Preciso che ho il sonno pesante.

Gemäss Buchung sollte es im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank haben…kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Zimmer sehr klein ohne Schrank… usw.
