Cheap for a two bedroom house. Very clean too. Parking inside property
The front door is only the traditional shop lot door with 1 key.
Stairs to bedrooms, not favourable to my MIL who is already 80yo

干净，舒适，孩子们住得很满意很开心。走路出去就有很多路边摊和小食店，能吃到很多地道食物，走路就能到达夜市。不想走就叫嘟嘟车。
没有热水壶，煮水只能用饭锅。和房东反映了，她说热水壶被上一个客户弄坏了，还没来得及买。另外，车库在屋里，小车是没问题，大车（Alphard）是完全上不去，只好停屋外路边。值得一提的是房间在楼上，有老人幼儿的要注意。
