Deluxe Condo with Pool View, Free Parking & Wi-Fi

Central location to discover waikiki beach & surrounding. The condo has a minimarket, cafe, an open area for dining with BBQ and a swimming pool.

I received an email to informing that the pool was close for maintenance to days we were there. I suppose that pool maintenance is scheduled months ahead so the guest can decided to book the accomodation. I also had an issue during the check (the cose to open the door was wrong) but via telephone the issue was solved (not very simple).

Great location for us - accessible to what we wanted to do in Waikiki, but away from the noisier section. Having laundry facilities on the same floor, and just one floor up from the pool and play structure was great, especially for the kids. The overall 'design' of the features within the apartment was nice (furniture, appliances, etc.) The kitchen is reasonably stocked for dishes and cookware. There were plenty of towels, a fresh bar of soap, coffee, tea, and a selection of sweeteners. Also a broom, some dustpans, kleenex, paper towels, hand dishsoap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and a vacuum. Really appreciated the rice cooker!!

The apartment needs some maintenance - the popups in the bathtub and bathroom sink are not functional - so the bathtub is really just a shower. The tub itself could use some work, including replacing/cleaning the caulking. One of the drawers of the dresser was broken upon arrival, and really a good scrub down of the walls and doors is needed. Also one of the wall-mounted towel racks in the bathroom kept falling - the set screw needs to be tightened. The front of the oven door is cosmetically damaged. There is calcium buildup around the bathroom faucet, it's functional, just should really be cleaned up or the part replaced. There's also not really much in the way of the cleaning supplies to help with keeping the room clean during the stay - the only cleaner I could find in the apt was carpet cleaner tucked under the bathroom sink (would really liked to have had some window cleaner, and daily cleaners to help properly maintain the stainless steel appliances and granite, and some bathroom cleaners, again, to help with maintainance during our stay). Some other basic cooking items that would have been helpful: cooking oil, salt, pepper. Also, there were pots and lids, but none of them seemed to match.
