The swimming pool, overall look of the chalet, car parking, separate barbecue area, living room, and Wi-Fi were all good.
Only one toilet roll was provided for our two-day stay, even though there were five of us (including two children). Upon request, their support staff brought tissue roll packs and asked us to purchase them. The same happened with water bottles — we had to buy them from the support staff the next day. I believe basic necessities such as at least two water bottles and three to four toilet rolls should have been provided. Additionally, there were no complimentary tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, or milk sachets. There was also no microwave oven available. Moreover, the location was quite far from the nearest mart or main road, which made it inconvenient to buy basic items ourselves. Their support staff also kept claiming that the swimming pool was heated, although it was not, so we couldn’t really enjoy it as the water was quite cold.
