The appartment was new, cozy and spacious- 2 bedroom and living room. The kitchen was well equiped.

The street was very noisy and you couldn’t open the windows though it was hot. There are few fans in the appartment but at least we are not comfortable sleeping with them on. The neighberhood was specific as well, unless you are accustomed to the multi cultural surroundings. The WC was very strange and we were bit afraid of using it with all the instructions and warnings. The situation with garbage was also very interesting, as there is an instruction for sorting the trash, though there is only one trash bin. And when we tried to throw the plastic into to the trash bin on to the street it was locked…? But the most unpleasant surprise was that we were obliged to pay cleaning fee of 30 euros, though it wasn’t included in booking price and wasn’t mentioned in the property policy, but nevertheless we had to take off the bed linen and take out the garbage. So what’s then is this cleaning fee for?

L'endroit est spacieux et propre

Le canapé lit dans le salon n'est pas confortable. On entend bcp les voitures passées et les voisins au-dessus. La salle de bain n'est pas bien finie, il faut faire attention en prenant sa douche, il n'y a pas de joint vertical. Manque de torchons pour la cuisine, pourtant ça ne vaut pas grand chose ! Le WC est un sanibroyeur, pas du tout pratique pour cette taille d'appartement et très très bruyant ! sans compter qu'il n'y a pas de notice d'utilisation, on a dû chercher sur internet où se trouvait la chasse d'eau !

Eine wunderschöne große Altbauwohnung, in der man sich wirklich wohl fühlen kann

Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig und alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Räume sind groß und hell, das Bad und die Küche haben edle Marmorfliesen. Die gesamte Altbauwohnung ist sehr modern und gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Senseo Kaffeemaschine. An Geschirr und Töpfen ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügelbrett sowie ein Bügeleisen. Die Betten sind bequem und insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der kleine Garten ist sehr idyllisch und hübsch. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt, sowie Bäcker und einige Restaurants. Schlüsselübergabe mittels eines Schlüsselsafes hat gut geklappt!

Appartement spacieux; propre et bien équipé pour une famille de 4 personne dont 2 ados. Très bien pour le peu de temps que nous l'avons occupé. Nous étions là pour un évènement familial (juste le soir et la nuit et aucun repas cuisiné sur place).

Le sanibroyeur est vraiment galère. Il faut s'y reprendre à 10 fois pour évacuer un micro bout de papier toilette. Pas évident en pleine nuit. Il est regrettable que la jardin privatif ne soit pas accessible directement par l'appartement qui est au 1er étage. Le jardin privatif ne l'est pas vraiment car c'est un jardin partagé. il a le mérite d'exister mais je ne le voyais pas comme cela à la façon dont il est décrit dans l'annonce.
