The property was in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was bin bags of rubbish on the stairs and as you walked into the entrance of the property from outside - the smell was very bad.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to explore all major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The bed was comfortable, quiet despite the central location, and the flat is equipped with everything needed. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for convenience and comfort.

It was very nice and clean apartment , had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner , very good location everything just few minutes away. Very friendly and helpful host (Delfim) met us there , would recommend and if ever back in Porto I will book that place again .

L'emplacement est très bon, au centre de quasiment tous les quartiers. La côté "ascenseur" rajoute du fun pour l'accès direct au logement. La dimension est convenable pour ceux qui n'y font que passer et point de chute le soir. Bien équipé et moderne.

La literie ! Nous avons un couchage pour trois. Le lit principal, dans la chambre est limite, on sent certains ressorts ou autres. Le deuxième couchage est une horreur, un canapé-lit deux places avec un matelas de cing cm d'épaisseur sur une structure bruyante avec les barres qui vous rentre dans le haut du dos. Climatisation bruyante. Le balcon est sale et donc peut attirant, crotte d'oiseaux, poussiéreux, non entretenue. Le soucis du ménage est là, touffe de cheveux au sol, poussière non faite. La salle de bain est dans le même jus, lunette de toilette cassée, carrelage au sol décollé et blessant, douche italienne avec évacuation limite. Dommage car le logement est beau mais manque d'entretien régulier.
