Maison avec jardin centre ville

Excellent location with a lovely, fully fenced back garden with large grassy area, roses and sun umbrella - excellent for dogs. Apartment was simple, tidy and comfortable. Everything we needed for a 1-month stay was available and functioned well. Walkable to weekly market, friendly bar and bakery around the corner, and Spar and Pharmacie right across the street. Lively neighborhood, peaceful with green spaces, and a green shady park across the street with trails and stream for daily dog walks and wading. We stayed a month upon arrival in France - it was a great base for getting settled and exploring the region.

Living space was entirely upstairs (on 1st floor), which wasn’t clear in the listing - and required navigating all the luggage and pets up and down a set of about 10 stairs. Also had to go outside and down exterior stairs to exit or reach garden for dog time. Very steep and narrow interior steps to access the utility only basement with washer dryer. The windows were wonderful and great light!! But sadly no screens to prevent mosquitoes, a real shame for evening cool down during the heatwave.

De ruimte van de woning. Alles is aanwezig! Verhuurder is goed bereikbaar.

Bed is aan de kleine kant. Omgeving/stad is niet aantrekkelijk.

Les télés et la connexion wifi, Netflix, Disney+..... la boulangerie à 30 secondes, être au centre ville.

Les photos laissent supposer une maison de plein pied, un jardin facile d'accès. je m'attendais à une particularité à la hauteur du prix. La dimension et la hauteur du lit dans la deuxième chambre, il est plus adapté pour deux enfants que pour deux adultes. Si bien que l'on finit sur le canapé inconfortable... impossible de le convertir en lit. Beau lit dans la chambre principale mais absence d'armoire ou autre pour installer ses affaires. Le tarif trop élevé pour ce qui est proposé et ne justifie pas l'emplacement de la maison. Dixit : certains coussins décousus sur les chaises dont la mousse s'évade !!!!.
