Location is stunning, easy to find, parking was easy with a little trolley to help take luggage to cottage. Bed was v comfy, bathroom spacious. Digby coming to welcome us was lovely - he’s a friendly little dog. Too cold for us to use outside space but it looked wonderful for other times of year.
Being really picky here and these weren’t really a big issue. The knives in the kitchen weren’t all that sharp and one had a broken off tip. Butler Collection must have asked me over 5 times (including by phone, email and through Booking.com) if they could arrange anything for my stay. Once or twice is great and welcomed, beyond that felt like a hard sell I didn’t want.

A very special country escape. Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished to ensure a luxurious stay, with lots of small touches to make it extra special. Lovely, peaceful setting with glorious views in a beautiful little garden.
