Absolutely amazing villa!!! Spacious, clean, fully equipped, lovely interior, plenty of room inside and out, great terrace, and bbq, American fridge, and kitchen with all utensils you need for a long stay! The location is superb, round the corner from Beach Club, beach, and Cafe Del Mare. Easy communication with very responsive host
I've messaged in advance about the possibility of early check-in and check-out. I also asked about storage for our suitcase in case if we won't be allowed to go in early or leave late. Waited until the last minute for a response to hear that we were not allowed both, also to find out luggage storage is on the bus station separately from the permisses.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Malta! Everything was perfect – the house is incredibly spacious (you can easily get lost in it!) and very well equipped. We were two families with small children, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Even though the weather wasn’t great and we didn’t get to use all the facilities like the jacuzzi, we still enjoyed our time there immensely. We’d love to come back and would happily recommend this place to others!

Location. Hot Tub. Spacious Bedrooms. Good Hot Showers. Christmas tree was lovely.
No Welcome Information Pack
No complementary Salt,Pepper,Milk,Bread, Tea
The itinerary was wrong with a lot of equipment missing.
There was only 1 tea towel
Tumble Dryer was broken.
No remote control for games room TV
Pool Table was unplayable due to no tips on cues and damaged cloth.
Needs a bit of painting and decorating in places if being advertised as a Luxury Villa.
Damp patches in bathrooms.
