The apartment , the view , the location , the balcony . It was all superb , the quality is outstanding . We stayed during a 3 week tour of Japan to basically chill out and it's perfect. There's a great supermarket 10 mins drive away . A visit to Ritsurin Gardens and Shikoku Villiage is a must.. It's peaceful, quiet and so beautiful. You don't need to watch the TV with a view like that.
The small window above the bed didn't have a blind , the exit sign illustration created a green hue at night, and the steps to the bed could do with hi lighting softly .as we tripped down them a few times ( we are in our late 50's though so eyesight isn't what it used to be )
