Hotel is situated along the main street with many restaurants and convenience store nearby. Room is clean and comfortable.
Staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped us make reservations at popular restaurant, gave directions and prepared early breakfast just for the 2 of us, as we were leaving early for the train station.

Nice hotel, good location in town not far from airport or RR station. Kars Castle is walkable and hiring a taxi for a tour of Ani is not difficult. Virtually no one speaks anything other than Turkish but that’s no problem at all

Located in cuty centre with good breakfast and free parking
Only issue is the rpom offerez was smaller than listed on ahoda and the light in our room wasn't functioning properly so it was dark a little bit . Overall acceptable

Friendly staff. Cafe with good espresso. Fantastic room with modern facilities and high standard. Perfect location in fascinating city.
