    Dirty Bedsheets and pillows We requested a smoke free room but we have been given a room fullnof cigarate smell and due to which our eye start buring When we asked them for change of bedsheets , covers etc they refused first after seeing the bedsheet and pillows there manger get agreed to change and accepted it's dirty Even after changing twice the bedsheets and others remain dirty Will not recomend others too stay

    I stayed with wife and my kid for one day. My stay was very good. Rooms are very clean and hygienic with all basic amenities. Staff is very supportive. Really worth of money !!

    The room was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor management behavior. The hotel quoted ₹2500 for 3 people. When I showed the Agoda price of ₹2300, they asked me to book through Agoda. After confirmation, the hotel stated that only 2 guests were included and demanded an additional ₹700 for the third person. Agoda customer support tried to intervene and resolve the issue, but the hotel manager behaved rudely with them and refused to cooperate. Cancellation was denied despite the confusion being caused at the hotel level. On top of this, the bathroom door lock was broken and hot water was not available. Comfort was acceptable, but transparency, maintenance, and professional conduct are seriously lacking.

    I booked Superior room from agoda and i got lower category room which i realised at the time of checkout. Hotel staff said that there was no Superior room available. All amenities shown are chargeable
