Very beautiful place, everything look so good, very clean, good shopping area, easy public transportation, too many food choices, we love the amazing pool; secury gay take very serious his position, make sure you have your parking permit ready, 😉 best choice we ever did, LOVE THIS VILLA, we will come back because Acapulco is always beautiful😍

We stayed at the villas, the front door knob was broken, it had to be manipulated to be able to shut the door. It had missing and loose screws. Phones and tv's did not work, they said we could sign in to apps on the tv but the WiFi was blocked on all tv's. Had to walk a good distance to contact front desk and staff took too long to arrive to villa when needed. Staff was friendly and cleaning personnel did an amazing job.
