食事でわからない事尋ねると、スタッフさんがニコニコした笑顔で対応してくれた。特に西田さんの対応尊敬します。

ビッフェの時のスタッフが、かなり感じ良くて とても丁寧でした。
大浴場までの道のりも大変だしフロントに行くのも、わかりにくい大変でした。 また部屋の下駄箱の所も目隠ししてるが壁紙が剥がれたり トイレのドアも完全に開かないし かなり粗悪でした。

スタッフが良いです。食事時間に写真を撮ってくれる撮影サービスがあった。気に入った料理があった。さくらのシャンプー、ソープの香りが良かった。
湯の質が期待より低かった。出た後もすぐに体が冷めてしまった。食事の種類は多いです。味は濃い目、料理の種類によっては、冷凍食品をつかっています。
